- THE CONTRACT
Giraffe Gifts will confirm all orders via e-mail. This e-mail confirms acceptance of your order and brings into existence a legally binding contract between Giraffe Gifts and you, the Purchaser. All e-mail correspondence will be communicated via the address given by you in your order form. Giraffe Giftsmust receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.
- PRICE AND SPECIFICATION
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our web site. Giraffe Gifts reserves the right to alter prices and specifications without notice.
3. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
If Giraffe Gifts has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, any sum will be re-credited to you and we will notify you by email. The refund will be made as soon as possible. Giraffe Gifts will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
- DELIVERY OF GOODS TO YOU
- Giraffe Gifts will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give Giraffe Gifts for delivery at the time you make your order.
b. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and Giraffe Gifts will not be liable for their loss or destruction. - COOLING OFF PERIOD
- If you live within the EU, under EU law you are entitled to a “cooling off” period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason. As long as you return the goods within 7 days following the day of receipt you will receive a full refund of all charges, as long as the goods are in original packaging and condition.
b. The cost of the safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain proof of postage from the post office. Giraffe Gifts are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit.
6. LIABILITY
If the goods Giraffe Gifts delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Giraffe Gifts shall have no liability to you unless you notify Giraffe Gifts in writing at the Giraffe Gifts contact address of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of goods in question.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions, together with the current Giraffe Gifts Web site prices, delivery details and Giraffe Gifts contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by Giraffe Gifts.
