We aim to ship your items within 24 hours of placing your order. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. At busy periods, it may take up to 48 hours for orders to be shipped.
We aim for your parcel to be delivered within 3-5 working days
Although we use couriers with a good record of meeting the delivery times shown, the delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed as they may be affected by factors beyond our control. We will send you a parcel tracking number when available. We will also use Royal Mail from time to time.
Some areas of the UK may incur an extra delivery charge or it may not be possible to deliver to, in such circumstance we will inform you via email.

We can deliver to an alternative address to your billing address please contact us.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and you wish to return your item, please inform us that you wish to cancel and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving the order and you will receive a full refund.
Giraffe Gifts has no liability other than up to the total value of your original order. For your security please return items by recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum.
To qualify for a full refund all returned goods must be in original packaging and condition.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
We will email you to let you know when your refund or your replacement order has been processed.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your parcel. It may take up to a further 7 days for the refund to show in your account.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Refunds on postage and packaging
We apologise if on a rare occasion the goods delivered are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
In this instance, please contact us.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the postage and packaging charges you have paid to receive and return that product, unless it was sent to you with other products which you are not returning.
When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us we issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges).
We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those products, you’re welcome to place a new order. A package may be ‘undeliverable’ because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to sender.
How to return an item.
1) Let us know via email that you wish to return your item. Please let us know what it is you are returning and why. Please do not return items until we have acknowledged your email, thank you.
2) Send the item via Special/recorded delivery or some other tracked service with insurance to:
